Shipping and Preorders

Allisun Swim is committed to shipping in-stock orders within one business day from the time of order.  If for any reason an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will contact you and offer either a full refund or a guaranteed shipment at the time of the next restock.  

Please be aware that due to shipping delays occurring around the world your order may take longer than expected to arrive.  For continental United States orders please add 2-3 days to your expected shipping speed to account for travel between Hawaii and the mainland.  

We love seeing our products being worn around the world but please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel or deny shipping to international addresses depending on shipping carrier availability and timing. All international customs/duties are the responsibility of the customer and Allisun Swim LLC will not be responsible for unpaid duties, customs or taxes on shipments to international addresses.

All pre-orders will ship once the products arrive to our location in Hawaii.  While we try to provide estimated dates for shipping on pre-orders there are sometimes delays that occur beyond our control.  We will notify you of any delays if that were to occur.  All pre-orders are final sale, however, store credit will be issued to any products with manufacturing defects.
